Blutessa is Bluto's girlfriend and Olive Oyl's rival in Olive's Shining Hour, one of the Popeye/The Adventures of Popeye segments in Hanna-Barbera's TV series The All-New Popeye Hour. She and her boyfriend face the doubles team of Olive and Popeye in a tennis match, where they employ all sorts of tricks to gain (temporary) advantage.
