Brian Linn was the husband of Martha Linn, he died along with her husband and mother-in-law Widow Fergus when a bridge collapsed while they were crossing over it. She and her husband were buried in the same grave in Daventry town cemetery. Their gravestone reads; BRIAN AND MARTHA LINN - Brian Linn and his wife and wife's mother, They all crossed over the bridge together. The bridge broke down and they all tumbled in -- "We'll go home by water," said Brian Linn.
