Merc O'Reilly is a mercenary stationed in Peach Creek Commons. He is wearing an NPC-only, Van Rook-inspired outfit and gives hints regarding the locations of Fusion Blowfish. He seems to have tangled with a Fusion Blowfish at some time, and perhaps got his left eye taken out. He regrets it, and states that the hero should never fight a Fusion Blowfish without at least an Eduardo Nano at the side.
