Grumpylvania is a kingdom where much of the episode "Game of Grumpy" and is also Grumpy's homeland. The ruler is Grumpy's cousin, King Groucharooney. In the episode, Groucharooney throws a celebration of his cousin's "achievements", while later they have to deal with noisy neighbors outside the kingdom, who is later to be revealed as a threat.
