Alison Higgins was an ISN anchor in 2260 and 2261 who was loyal to the Clark propaganda machine. She replaced the original anchors, Jane and Rick when they were arrested after Martial law was declared. In mid-2261, Higgins introduced Dan Randall's documentary detailing events aboard Babylon 5. It is unsure if she continued to hold her job after the Earth Alliance Civil War was over.
