Dr. Leng was a professor who lives in his own private flying ship. He also has an assistant named Monoplasir. He assists Edward Carnby and Aline Cedrac on their quest to destroy the powerful artefact known as the Crown of Genghis in the lost Tibetan city of Aggartha.
