an Entity in Data Space: dbkwik.org

Oddly, both Squidy and Victoria's sister-in-law, Vera Inkbeard, have the Inkbeard surname. This causes confusion whether Victoria takes his husband's last name or the other way around, because both spouses' sibling has the same surname. However, it's worth noting that in the family description and Squidy's bio it is stated that the family earned their surname from killing a giant squid. Vera's ancestors and Squidy's ancestors might have both been involved in the history, thus granting them the same surname. Squidy's name might refer to squids; marine creatures who use ink as a defense.
