Quadra Sigma III was a planet located somewhere in the space of the galaxy's Alpha or Beta Quadrants, the third planet in orbit of the Quadra Sigma star system. Quadra Sigma was a colony planet which was the destination of the Federation starship USS Enterprise-D to help in the aftermath of a methane explosion. (TNG episode: "Hide and Q")
