"Doctor Steel's Toy Soldiers" is a fan based organization who help Doctor Steel in his conquest for world domination. Started as just a fan-club, currently it hold about 8000 members, and bands many different people from various ethnic backgrounds, and countries ranging from the United States, to Japan to join his army.
