The MBM2 is based on the RGA42. It features a mahogany body with binding and special signature skull graphic bolted to a maple custom neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with small off-set dot position markers. Components include dual active EMG humbucking pickups and a fixed bridge. The MBM2 was visually updated for 2010 with a silver finish and black hardware but without fingerboard binding. It was discontinued after 2010.
