Aiden Spencer is a fictional character on the ABC soap opera General Hospital. He is the son of Lucky Spencer and his ex-wife, Nurse Elizabeth Webber. He was formerly believed to be the son of Prince Nikolas Cassadine. He is the half-brother of Cameron and Jake, and the first biological grandchild of supercouple Luke and Laura Spencer. He was born onscreen on July 19, 2010.
