Kōi Fūma (High Ranking Wind Demon, Fūma, Kōi) is a Shinobi-Privateer, working for Getsugakure as its leading privateer officer. He helps protect the Moon, and is more than qualified to do so. Head of the esteemed Fūma Clan, he is also a user of the Magnet Release. Using that to his advantage, he is very skilled in Shurikenjutsu, becoming renowned for it, and his many abilities. He serves as a valuable asset to Getsugakure, and serves under Kinpa himself. He is a world traveler, and often finds himself in the Island of Negi, helping the area around there, fighting off pirates.
