Diurek (pronounced: dyoo-REK) is a dry planet orbiting Earth's Sun, near Origin. Like Origin, it is not observable from Earth. However, it can be seen as a red-brown dot in Origin's night sky. Diurek has one moon which has a similar composition of earth's moon, but it has fewer craters and appears to have been melted in the past. Diurek is often barraged by meteor showers, being close to the asteroid belt. Most of the planet consists of sand deserts.
