The Forest of Ascetir is a forest located in Essetir. Arthur and Merlin travelled through it to retrieve the Cup of Life which was in a Druid settlement nearby (The Coming of Arthur). During Morgana's Second Reign of Camelot, Arthur, Merlin, Gwen, Tristan and Isolde journeyed through the forest with the hope of meeting knights and residents of Camelot who had fled and sought refuge there (The Sword in the Stone).
