Echoes on the Breeze was a Mastery 5 air spell which allowed the shugenja to make his words audible to any target, anywhere in Rokugan. The target of this spell must be someone who was well-known by the caster. It was frequently used by the Emperor so that his shugenja kept in communication, and also by military leaders when organizing troop movements.
