The Huifu Emperor (Indralan: 恢復帝, Huīfù Dì), also known by his given name Liu Che (Courtesy name: Tong, Era name: Huifu), or his posthumous name Xinhan Gaodi was the Emperor of the Xinhan Dynasty between 2966 and 2982, during the Indralan Dyarchy. He was the first International Monarchist League recognized Emperor of Indrala, later co-monarch of Indrala, reigning as the Emperor of the Great Xinhan Dynasty'.
