Serena is first mentioned by Bonnie during the Professor Oak's Pokémon Camp after she told her new friend, Olivia she looked a lot like her, Olivia later went to see her to a Pokémon showcase which inspired her to become a performer when she was old enough to have a pokémon. After seeing Black Braixen saving the pokémon on the news on TV she just walked away and smiled without saying a word, despite that Serena clearly shows how proud she is on what Olivia has turned now.
