B. Cotton was a MACO assigned to Enterprise NX-01 for its mission into the Delphic Expanse between 2153 and 2155. In 2153, during the takeover of the ship by the Triannons, fellow MACO S. Money wore Cotton's uniform. (ENT: "Chosen Realm") In May 2154, Cotton served as guard for the brig of Enterprise when Arik Soong was arrested. He was knocked unconscious by Saul when the Augment boarding party entered Enterprise and rescued Soong. (ENT: "Borderland") In November 2154 he was part of the MACO team which led the attack against the Klingon Augments on board Enterprise. (ENT: "Affliction")
