Port Peril (population 43,270) is the largest port in the Shackles, and the capital by virtue of the fact that its ruler, the Hurricane King Kerdak Bonefist is also the overlord of the Shackles. The city is situated on the mainland, overlooking Jeopardy Bay. Its major landmark is Fort Hazard, stronghold of the Hurricane King. All manner of contraband can be found for sale in the city's many teeming market squares.
