Theodore Washington Melàs (May 27th 2406 - February 2nd 2404) is a member of the Lourenne Democratic Party and is their current nomination for Minister of Justice. He was born in Caxlitl, Kreshar to Diego and Eva Melàs. He has two brothers and three sisters. He has a BA and a Masters from Aures University in History. He is a new member of the Democrats, despite being one of the oldest members. He was originally working at the Old Guard Party as a campaign manager. His reasons for defecting are unknown.
