Shawn Baicho is an actor who voices and provides the motion capture for Raul Lionzo in Watch Dogs (as well as some other minor characters), and more importantly, Wrench in Watch Dogs 2. Shawn is also known for voicing and mo-capping various other characters in the Outlast and Assassin's Creed series.
