Jan Ludvig (born September 17, 1961, in Liberec, Czechoslovakia) is a former professional ice hockey forward. He played in the National Hockey League with the New Jersey Devils and Buffalo Sabres. Ludvig played for HC Litvínov in his native Czechoslovakia and played for his native country in the 1979 European Junior Championship. In 1981 he went to North America and played junior hockey for the St. Albert Saints and the Kamloops Junior Oilers. He made a six game comeback with HC Bílí Tygři Liberec in 2001-02. He is currently a scout with the New Jersey Devils.
