Anish Akabane, the chief of finance, was one of the Gang of Four leaders of NewEgypt. The Gang was in charge of preventing knowledge of defective cryofluid from getting out until the company had successfully traded away all the (truly deceased) customers who had been preserved using that fluid. His role included coming up with the company's commodified contracts scheme for performing this action.
