The silver axe is an item in Animal Crossing: City Folk. It is more powerful than the regular axe, but less than the Golden Axe. It can be received by throwing a regular axe into the fountain, and Serena may give the player a silver axe, golden axe, the regular axe given back, or nothing at all.
