Hanman Thorn was a Human male from Naboo. Thorn's parents died when he was thirteen years old, and he ended up living on the streets of Theed, the capital city of Naboo. Soon, Thorn became disillusioned with the Galactic Republic and came to believe that Naboo should be independent of the superpower. At the age of seventeen, Thorn joined the terrorist group, the 'Naboo Nationalist Organisation', which advocated Naboo's independence. Thorn was given a year's training before being given any assignments.
