Mr. Nichols was a British sailor of the Unicorn who appeared in the film of The Secret of the Unicorn in The Adventures of Tintin series. He was first seen when Captain Archibald Haddock was telling Tintin the story of the battle of the Unicorn between Sir Francis Haddock and Red Rackham. When Sir Francis was knocked out, Mr. Nichols was presumed to be killed by walking the plank to the sharks. Although his descendant, Nestor didn't remember anything about him as he was a butler to Sakharine, he felt like a trustworthy person to Tintin and Haddock.
