Blacklist Duels are composed of multiple races and with only one opponent who is a Blacklist Member. The possible race types are: Circuits; Sprints; Drags or Speedtraps. A Blacklist Duel is unlocked after the player completes the Blacklist Member races and milestones and gain a certain amount of bounty.
