Planty the Potted Plant is a plant working for the O.W.C.A. When Agent P did not show up on schedule to foil Heinz Doofenshmirtz's plan, Doofenshmirtz temporarily appointed Planty as his new nemesis. Doofenshmirtz engaged in a battle with Planty, resulting in severe damage to Doofenshmirtz Evil Incorporated.
