The Sentinel Targeting Ledger is a file shared by all Sentinel units in a given area, usually at an installation, that designates targets for local Sentinels. The ledger contains information regarding targets' description, name, appearance, and features, for local Sentinels to identify with. The Ledger is primarily only edited by Monitors, although Sentinel Overseers, Sentinel Minds, and Sentinel Captains have been known to have the ability.
