Ninjinian, known better by his leader name, PP. Ninjinian (Penguin of Parliament), is an 21 year-old very successful penguin ALL around the United States of Antarctica & the UnitedTerra. He is well known for his status of being in UnitedTerra Parliament. Ninjinian also manages very big businesses in New Club Penguin & all around the UnitedTerra. He is very good friends with The Leader, ZapWire & Hat Pop. He is currently attending Penguin Academy once a week.
