When you first enter the Wardrobe room, Luigi is attacked by many ghosts including a Garbage Can Ghost. After beating these spirits, he gets the key to the Study. Later during the blackout, Luigi finds Uncle Grimmly here, and defeats him to gain the key to the Breaker Room.
