Muscle Reflex is a race event featured in Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit (2010), and a racer career event. The event can be accessed from the Boulder Desert racer node on the career map, and is a Performance Series event. The route starts along Silver Creek Road, continues north onto Memorial Highway, and finishes at the cross junction of the road.
