The Fujita Pinnacle is a twenty-league tall, four-league wide stationary vortex on the planet of Vyctor 5, rotating counterclockwise. The eye is safe and contained the Fujita Facility. It blocks most ground-base surveillance, scanning and transmissions, making the area within quite secret, free from the prying eyes of those at Lookout Plateau. Despite its size, it is not easily visible from ground level, due to the numerous dunes of Vyctor 5's surface. Visibility isn't particularly good inside the pinnacle either, little sunlight reaching its surface.
