Alrick is the apparent leader of a village in Camelot. He sentenced a known sorceress, Valdis, to death, but was stopped and threatened by King Arthur himself. To his reluctance, claiming that Uther Pendragon was against witchcraft, she was allowed to be set free (The Death Song of Uther Pendragon).
