Coin Catcher is a limited edition type of Rare Gem in Bejeweled Blitz. It is a black umbrella with coins falling from its underside. When the game begins, a random basic gem with miniature coins spinning around it appears on the game board. This gem functions the same way as a Flame Gem does. Clearing more gems throughout the game causes extra gold aura gems to appear.
