Charlotte meets Kirsten Cohen in rehab. She forms a deep connection with her and the two eventually move to their own 'halfway house' at Lake Arrowhead. It is later revealed that she is a con artist and was attempting to scam thousands from Kirsten. Eventually Julie Cooper-Nichol finds out about Charlotte's plan and stops her.
