The Trencher Drill is a 3x3x3 mining drill that needs to be built in front of the Trencher Motor in order to work. Its mining efficiency is determined by how many ore blocks it has contact with. In order to maximise the ore yield it is recommended to find a flat 3x3 area on the ore deposit or by using NanoDisintegrators to create one. Unlike the drill heads used by the Ore Extractor the Trencher Drill will not lose durability. This machine currently does not require an active Climate Control Centre in order to work.
