Spike Blops are Spiny-like organisms located in Bowser's body in Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story. In this game, they are located in the Trash Pit and Pump Works just like the Goombule. Spike Blops can only be defeated by special attacks or a hammer. If they are jumped on, Mario and/or Luigi lose a single point of HP, meaning that the two special attacks; Spin Pipe and Magic Window don't effect them, due to those attacks involving jumping instead, result in injury. When defeated, they may drop a 1-up Mushroom or Syrup.
