I have been in chat since early October, and try to be as active in it as I can while editing the wiki. In my time in chat, I've seen my fair share of rule-breakers come and go. For the most part its been pretty good as we usually have a mod to deal with them, but I have witnessed a few situations where it has taken a while for one to come. If given the tools, I would use them to appropriately deal with rule-breakers should need arise.
