Imperial Reconnaissance was a division of the Imperial Military of the Sith Empire that focused on reconnaissance. In contrast to a regular trooper, members of Imperial Reconnaissance, (Known as Reconnaissance Troopers or Recon Troopers) would carry lighter, more flexible armor and in turn were faster. They were specially trained to use K-406 Sniper Rifles. These troopers were adaptable to any environment, due to their intense training. Captain Jeelg led a unit in Imperial Reconnaissance on Dromund Kaas, though his extreme paranoia led him to kill all of his subordinates when he thought they were planning something—which turned out to be a surprise party for his promotion.
