Laia is the Islander goddess of the sea, safe passage, and rebirth. En'Laia is the seventh Islander clan. The Sibs do not have a corresponding clan, instead having Nothing. Sibs who do not choose a clan are in this un-clan and "usually just go away." This clan is mentioned in Figments, chapter fifteen.
