Hemp oil is created at distilleries by processing hemp. Though it is listed in the game as a basic commodity, it must be created at player-owned shoppes or stalls; it is not found at any commodities market nor on merchant brigands. Hemp oil is used by apothecaries to create paint, lacquer, varnish and certain potions.
