Relfthra was an elder high elf and a member of the Order of Tirisfal when Aegwynn was chosen as Guardian. (CoH 128-33) After Aegwynn banished the demon Zmodlor to the Twisting Nether, Aegwynn was met with criticism from Relfthra, who, along with Erbag the gnome, claimed she had rushed in to counter the threat from Zmodlor without thinking of possible greater risks to the world. (CoH 136-137) It is likely that Relfthra still lived during the time of the council's downfall, as he was present when Aegwynn went against the council to choose her own successor. (CoH 149)
