Stuart Weitzman (1942- ) is an American fashion designer. He is mostly known for his shoe designs and his use of unconventional materials, including 24 karat gold. His shoes are sold in 48 countries. Stuart Weitzman shoes are not always wearable, and some of them are known purely as works of art.
