Rosy is a citizen of Silent Hill and Douglas Brenneman's fiancée. She believed Silent Hill to be a beautiful place, though felt it was a bit out of date. Rosy is accepting of Doug's near-obsession of finding the latest scoop, a piece of journalism that will restore his credibility and allow them both to leave the small town behind. At times, however, she can become exasperated with his dedication to his craft.
