One of the two, short, plump henchmen of the Crusher Turles Corps, Lakasei and his brother Rasin can merge into a singular being as well as being able to split in two at will. He is purple skinned, ovular-headed and rather short. He and Rasin easily defeated both Chiaotzu and Tien, but was later defeated when Goku goes on a rampage against all of Turles's henchmen, defeating them at the same time. They later appear in movie #12.
