The Carbombian Protection League or C.P.L. is, depending on who you ask, either a terrorist group or a band of freedom fighters. It was headed by former President-for-Life of Carbombya Abdul Fakkadi, and known members included Fakkadi's son-in-law, Pak Milaton, and financier Anton Surich. Their primary mission is to make life hard for the NATO troops who are in the country trying to keep order.
