Peter MacNeil is a well-known Canadian actor. He has played roles in several important films, including The Hanging Garden, Crash, Simon Birch and A History of Violence. He has also had starring roles in television series like Traders, Call Me Fitz, Queer as Folk and PSI Factor. MacNeil made two appearances on Earth: Final Conflict. First, as Warden Cole in "Avatar" and then as Harry Winslow in "Guilty Conscience."
