Blecka is a Grouch who appeared in Sesame Street Episode 3133. She attends Lillian's home care and thinks she won't have a good time, but Lillian proves her wrong by providing things that she likes. At the end of home care, Blecka says she had a rotten time, which means she will be coming back tomorrow.
