Taco Tuesday is a nickname for Tuesday used by Springfield Elementary. It is called this because all the students rush to lunch for tacos while chanting, "Taco Tuesday!" One Taco Tuesday involved Lisa discovering that leftover taco vegtables are kept, because they're genetically modifed and no one ever wants them.
